- Tooth material – Matrix II premium high-speed steel is used for the tooth part of the circular saw. Matrix II steel contains 8% cobalt, which allows the tooth to retain its original hardness even at high operating temperatures when sawing metals. - Bi-metal construction – High-speed steel teeth laser-welded to the saw body made of high-alloy steel. The teeth are hardened in vacuum at 600°C to a hardness of 65 HRC, which guarantees maximum service life. - Thanks to the high wear resistance of Matrix II steel, these circular saws are suitable for sawing hard materials such as stainless steel, acid-resistant steel as well as softer materials such as wood.
- Saw body – With a wall thickness of 1.27 mm, the circular saw body is rigid, which allows it to retain its shape, but is also flexible enough. - The effective cutting depth is 41 mm.
- Back Wall Construction – The back walls are made of thick steel, which ensures that the exact diameter of the hole is maintained even after prolonged use. - The back wall adds strength and rigidity, minimizing vibration. - 4 holes for easy positioning of the clamping mandrel. - Perfect centering of the rear wall is a prerequisite for good saw quality, especially for large diameters.
- Diagonal slits help to remove and pull out the crown.
